This is the most economical way to add square footage to your home. All walls are insulated that are common to the exterior, wired to accept a future ‘finished’ basement, and the heating and cooling system is sized for a future finished basement as well. The ceiling height is oversized at 8′-8″.
If you selected an unfinished basement, we can customize the area to suit your specific needs. A 10 x 10 deck is standard if you choose the basement option.
